This policy explains what collects when you use .
Your label files stay on your device
Label PDFs and Excel files you open in the app are processed inside your browser. The files themselves are never uploaded to our servers, and full customer addresses are never saved (only the city and state).
Order details saved to your account
So that Order History, Returns & Cancellations and the Dashboard work on any device, the app saves these details of the orders on the labels you generate (or the order sheets you import) to your account: platform, order ID, order and ship dates, courier, payment type (COD or prepaid), SKU, quantity, AWB number, and the customer's name, city and state. It also saves the AWB numbers and order IDs you enter as returns, RTO or cancellations, your master SKU list, your Costing, Listing Price, cost-per-return and review-link settings, and the names, colours and label GSTINs or seller names of the businesses you add. If you have more than one business, each business's details are kept separately. Only you can see them when signed in with your Google account.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and Google account ID.
- When you buy a plan: your mobile number, the plan, amount, order ID and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Cashfree Payments, not by us.
- Account dates: when you signed up, last used the app, and when your trial or plan ends.
- Order details: as described above, linked to your account.
- On your device only: your app settings (sort and layout options, the business name and QR link printed on labels, and which business is open) are saved in your browser.
How we use it
To sign you in, run your trial and plan, process payments, send receipts and answer support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies
We use one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Google and Cashfree may set their own cookies during sign-in and payment.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep account and payment records while your account is in use and as long as tax law requires. Saved order details, returns, RTO and cancellations are deleted automatically 3 months after your trial or plan ends; for an extra business, 3 months after its add-on ends. You can delete a business's saved data yourself at any time with "Start fresh" on your Account page, or delete an extra business with all its data. To delete your account, email us from your sign-in address.
